News:

  • The Greentree Project in Vacaville goes to City Council in October 2022 for approval of an EIR, Amendment to the General Plan, VTM, Design Standard Exceptions, Planned Development Permit, Rezoning, Adoption of the Specific Plan, and approval of the Development Agreement. The Project includes 1,149 Housing Units, 299,345 square feet of retail, 2 parks, 42.4 acres of open space and detention basins, and over 3 miles of public trails.

  • The Spieker CCRC will be going to the CCC BOS in the next few months, for approval of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing up to 360 independent living units and 100 assisted living units. The project approvals include management of project design, Planned Development Permits, a Vesting Tentative Map, GP Amendment, Rezoning, Project EIR Technical Studies, and Resource Agency Permitting.

  • The Canyon Estates custom home project in Napa County received all local, regional, state and federal permits, and has had all engineering for its Improvement Plans and Final Map completed. Sales of the 35 one-half to one acre custom home view lots are now being accepted by Canyon Estates Homes LLC. Subdivision improvements are expected to be completed in October of 2022, and custom home construction is expected to begin in late 2022.

  • Preparation and processing of applications and a supporting NEPA environmental study have been completed to expand the Jackson Rancheria in Amador County by nearly 900 acres. Detailed title and economic information has also been produced in support of this fee-to-trust transfer which will allow the local Jackson Bank of Miwuk Indians to expand self-governance and accommodate additional on-reservation housing for Tribe members.
